Determining minimum costs (business calculus)?
The management of the UNICO department store has decided to enclose an 828 sq ft area outside the building for displaying potted plants and flowers. One side will be formed by the external wall of the store, two sides will be constructed of pine boards, and the fourth side will be made of galvanized steel fencing. If the pine board fencing costs $5/running foot and the steel fencing costs $3/running foot, determine the dimensions of the enclosure that can be erected at minimum cost.

gluing shutters to wood siding?
Painted wooden shutters are nailed to painted wooden siding, with no other attachment. The shutters rattle in the wind. I was going to put a bit of silicone caulk under each corner to stop the rattling.
Will this cause any problems, or should I do it differently? I don't want to trap water under there, but I hope that a little in each corner will still allow rain to drain.
I'll screw them down and seal the screw entry with caulk. After the wind dies down.

Silent Hill 2 high pitched noise?
I beat the game 4 times, so this is my 5th time playing it. In the Wood Side Apartments, on the 3rd floor, this high pitched ringing noise that was extremely loud started playing. It never happened before playing the game, and it only plays on the third floor.
Has this happened to anyone else? What does it mean?
I left the 3rd floor and it stopped, and when I came back it never started again.

How do I insulate my house?
I am planning on replacing all the wood siding on my house with Hardie Board. While the siding was off I wanted to insulate the walls. Its an old house with the existing siding nailed to the wall studs. Do I staple insulation inbetween the studs of is there a kind of insulation that goes over the sheathing? Btw, I live in Texas, so its a hot climate.

How many square feet does 5 gallons of Premium Plus paint cover, when applied to aluminum siding of MH)?
And, when applied to rough wood siding (that has already been painted before, but not recently)?
Note, the MH needs repainted, but had a primer coat the first time, so am told it doesn't need another primer this time---Correct?
(I would state the brand, but suspect that that is not allowed (?) .
